Title: Advancement Manager
Description: General Duties:
The Advancement Manager supports Groundwork Ohio’s statewide mission by helping grow and steward the philanthropic resources that make our work possible. Reporting to the President & CEO, this position serves as a key operational hub for the organization’s fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on individual and institutional giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, grant management, advancement operations, and fundraising strategy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public affairs, business, marketing, or a related field
Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit fundraising, advancement, development operations, or philanthropy
Demonstrated experience with individual donor cultivation and stewardship
Experience supporting foundation grant development and reporting
Strong CRM/database management experience; EveryAction preferred
Experience preparing fundraising reports, dashboards, and analytics
Experience working with executive leadership and nonprofit boards preferred
Knowledge of Ohio’s philanthropic community preferred
